美国农业部农产品运销局（Agricultural Marketing Service）于2011年3月28日在《联邦纪事》发布最终法规，按照2002 农业安全及农村投资法案（Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002）及2008粮食、储存及能源法案（the Food,Conservation,and Energy Act of 2008），实施对乳业促进和研究法令（the Dairy Promotion and Research Order）的修改，对进口至美国的乳制品按照每英担（hundredweight, 美制中等同于100磅）7.5美分的税率征税。

    该法规于2011年4月1日起生效。
